In CPT, well at Bullet Central Im paying 1500 each.
But included in price is my confidence to leave with them and know I dont have to worry about rifles. As they neevr let me down so far.

I forgot to mention Morkell and Crouse at S&O Stellenbosch. They are also brilliant. They did my O/U Browning. Reblued and did old English varnish on stock.

Try Hog Silencers in Krugersdorp as well. They cut the thread while you wait and supply the silencer as well. Havent used them myself though

Depends...both the Howa's I own had a shitty round crown from factory, and when threaded I asked the smiths to cut a proper 11 degree target crown.

Just make sure they do it properly!!!!

Gunsmith rushed my last rifle and completely ruined it.
Took over 6 months to fix and get it to even hit paper regularly. I'm so "gun shy" of this happening again, i bought a new rifle with a factory threaded barrel.
I would suggest you take one at a time and check their work before you commit to all 3.

Sound advice and much appreciated. Especially the bit about taking one at a time.

If you want the best job ever to be done then take it to Danie Joubert.

Forget about the likes of ARMS and most others.

There is a reason he is a MASTER GUNSMITH.

And NO Im am not his friend or relative but MOST CERTAINLY a customer and fan of his WORLD CLASS QUALITY WORK.
