We are glad to announce that we have some budget training courses to present in Cape Town.

As usual the two days will be packed with solid training loads of learning and fun.

21 September Kraaifontein Shooting Range R800 per person.

16 students Maximum.

Brief overview :

1 hour lecture
Recap of essentials
Weapon retention / striking
Old Skool Kembativ Pistol (incorporating strikes and transition work.)

Time from 08H30 to 15H00

200 rounds required (250 will be better)

Come the way you carry everyday.

Own firearm and spare magazine, food and drinks, eye and ear protection.

Barrel plug, rope, training dummy required for force on force drills.

22 September Combatives at Wild Medix

Time 08H30 to 13H30

Combative introduction
Basic strikes and kicks
Ambush / Hold ups
Third Party protection
Backpack Drills

Please bring along any personal safety gear, gloves, mouth guard etc. If you have.

Barrel insert or training dummy gun or other safety device to train witu force on force.

R450 per person

24 students Maximum.

You can do only one day or both.

You don't need too be a firearm owner for day 2, although firearm owners will incorporate pistol work with the combatives.
