There are some errors floating around like that. I know of people with 2 x S13.

Does not make it correct though.

Yeah I guess so, but it states "one license" and Im not sure that automatically implies that you cant have more than one firearm on that one license.

but I concede and thanks for the feedback...

    From the FCA:
Separate licence in respect of each firearm
    11. (1) The Registrar must issue a separate licence in respect of each firearm licensedin terms of this Chapter.
Licence to possess firearm for self-defence
    13.
    (3) No person may hold more than one licence issued in terms of this section.
Licence to possess firearm for occasional hunting and sports-shooting15.
    (3) (a) Subject to paragraphs (b), (c) and (d), no person may hold more than fourlicences issued in terms of this section.
    (b) If a person holds a licence issued in terms of section 13, he or she may only holdthree licences issued in terms of this section.
(c)A person may not hold more than one licence in respect of a handgun contemplatedin subsection (1)(a).
    (d) If a person contemplated in paragraph (a) holds any additional licencescontemplated in section 12 in respect of a firearm contemplated in this section andsection 13, the number of licences which that person may hold must be reduced by thenumber of such additional licences held.
So each firearm must have its own license.
You are only allowed 1 self defence license on S13.
You are only allowed 4 OSS licenses.
If you have a S13 license, you are only allowed 3 S15 licenses.
You are only allowed 1 S15 handgun license.

So if you want more than 1 handgun without DSS, you must have 1 one S13 and 1 on S15. Then you are only allowed to have 2 additional firearms (shotgun/rifle).

Thank you so much Sir. This is well explained and much appreciated.
