    Pratley steel is 100 % ridged.

    Indeed it is but it does not flow, so how are you going to achieve the flow to make intimate contact with all parts of the receiver that you want? The material is simply way to viscous. The Epidermix on the other hand has the correct viscosity and can be coloured.
