scope and range finder?

HI there I am on a bit of a budget as for as a scope and a rangefinder is there anything out there that you think is a must?

As far as rangefinders go, spend the little bit extra and make sure you get a Leica.

What will the scope be used for?

For LR shooting: best glass you can afford, accurate tracking turrets, enough elevation to reach beyond the distance you want to shoot( in combination with sloped rail), reticle with useful holdovers, reticle and turrets that match.
