I have one on my gen 4 19.
It does exactly as it says on the box.
Whilst I still check when I holster, I do keep my thumb firmly on it knowing i cant AD the firearm.
Yes it works, yes I feel slightly happier for my nuts and femoral artery sliding my loaded glock into aiwb.

He is right,it's a habit that becomes instinctive very quickly. Used it for years with revolvers and double action pistols. The idea has merit.
