A gunshop in Pretoria, Brother Arms, have just announced on their FB page that they can supply spare parts for Taurus fire arms.

Taurus parts and service have been problematic since the local agency was taken from the previous importers and given to a big multi-brand importer/wholesaler.

I suggest you all order your Taurus spare parts from Brother Arms in Pretoria. Best would be to place your order on their FB page, so all can see how this will go.

Just kidding.

My first ever DA rollie was a Taurus 65. Due to a weak cylinder stop spring, it would occasionaly skip a cylinder during rapid DA shooting. If only I could source that little spring!!

In the end I just gave up and sold it for cheap. This is really good news.

My guess is they are getting the guns from the infamous AOS/Delta group. So where exactly will they get any spare parts from? I suspect it's an over-zealous salesperson making promises in public that can't be kept...

But miracles have happened before, so place your order for the Taurusses and parts that you want, and see how they respond.

The more pressure we put on them, the faster they will either wake up or stop selling the rubbish, or both.
