Howa Long Action(s)

Strange enough, a few phone-calls and shops can't give me a definitive answer, so asking here:

Howa 3006 Springfield stock, pic-rail etc, should all fit on a Howa 300 Winmag correct? They're both long actions if memory serves me right, the 300 not being a Magnum action yet..

Know of anyone running a decent special on Howa barreled actions? I have an itch...

Footprint etc is the same, only boltface that is different between 30-06 and magnums.

Savuti also have some good prices. Also stock is guaranteed to be on their name.

You can also take a look at www.habitatafrica.co.za they list a lot of howa's on their website

Humkoop have some good specials from time to time, and HabitatAfrica are also a pleasure to deal with, bought my howa from them and I live in Limpopo.
