P07 Gen 2 Decocker Failure
So after waiting patiently for my FA license to be approved and printed I finally collected my P07 from the dealer yesterday.
Today I went to the shooting range and after only 46 rounds the decocker stopped functioning. When ejecting the magazine, the cam on the decocker lever fell out through the mag well.
I took the FA back to the dealer who will send it to their supplier.
This isn't confidence inspiring as I bought the P07 as my EDC.
Has anyone else had a similar failure?

Nope not on my P09 or my P07...and I've had my P09 since 2015, with a good few rounds through it..

Re: P07 Gen 2 Decocker Failure
Oh no! That is not good, especially after the long wait and excitement building to shoot it!
Did they send the entire gun back or only the decocker part?
Also patiently waiting to get my p07!

Re: P07 Gen 2 Decocker Failure
Sorry to hear that mate. Am on about a thousand rounds through mine. No issues whatsoever. I carry one up and decocked. Going to the range this morning to put another couple of rounds through.

Re: P07 Gen 2 Decocker Failure
They took the entire firearm to send for repairs.
It is a minor repair, I believe they can just replace the decocking lever if the cam is not available separately.
I suppose they could have installed the manual safety while waiting to get a new decocker lever.
Just curious as to what caused the failure, maybe a material defect.

Re: P07 Gen 2 Decocker Failure
Friendly question:
Did the gun come from the box fitted with the decocker or did you or the gunshop swap the safety for the decocker?

Re: P07 Gen 2 Decocker Failure
The firearm came with the decocker already installed.
From my understanding they ship standard with the decocker.
