Ok. I googled this bacon tree. I thinks i have a small one growing in my garden.
Gonna try it, apparently got a lemony taste.

    Maybe try some spekboom boerewors...

I found keeping the end of the cutting in a tub with water, about 1cm deep, within two days roots started forming. This worked well indoors. I tried the same outdoors, it didn't work as well. From there it gets planted.

Add some tofu, really brings out the flavor...
I think edible means you will not die when ingested, most of the time.

It isnt too bad actually. I saw quite a few recipes for it on the google,
Going to try a few of them.
I can see a place for it in salads etc. And there is one with chickpeas. And i love me some chickpea salad.

Going to start planting them out to get more. To think i almost discarded it, as it wasn't really growing much. Only recently started to bulk up a bit.
I think it is not getting enough sun.
