    Cool Shop made sight pusher

So I recently had night sights fitted on my pistols, and while doing some research I came across various sight pushers on the web, all of which were quite pricey.
so me being me(I love to build stuff and have access to a cnc shop ) I decided to choose a design that I liked and build my own.
I went with the ncstar universal sight pusher and made it a bit beefier and stronger.

    works like a dream!

    Very good.

If you had to calculate a true cost for your works and fabrication, where would you come out at?

    Thanks

I would hazard a guess at around the 2.5-3k mark so its not really cheaper than whats on the market at the moment, but for me it doesn't matter because most of the material was free (off cuts and scrap) and my time is my own.

I have seen 3d printed one's (and downloadable designs). They don't look bad - But I don't know how well they work.
I highly doubt that you will be able to break this one by comparison
But from a cost point of view, even if the 3D printed one works once/twice, it's still not a bad option.

    Nicely done.

3d printing is awesome, A mate of mine has a 3d printer and we print all sorts on it and if you put some time and thought into your designs you can use steel inserts in select places and make your parts/assembly's very strong and robust.

    Thats awesome LS1
You can't put a price on the satisfaction of looking at it and saying "I did that"
