Reboot your router and your IP will likely change.
Only thing that is truly static is a mac address, but even that can be changed.

Against forum rules to have two accounts, or to post on another account as if you were that person?
I suppose if you knew the rules, needed a backstop and wanted to be clever you could just tell someone what to post and claim innocence.
Wonder about all the effort though, unless you had some image or position to protect would it be worth it?
