Just an update, I took the gun to the dealer who I bought it from and they sent it to the Benelli agents, they replaced the extractor and did something else (not really sure what) and she now runs flawlessly.... I guess it does help to buy reputable brands with actual customer support....
Now for the war of the birds to start....
