Re: Amnestry and new NHSA statement
What is the current advice on expired white license?
Do I apply under amnesty or is there still some court case pending?
And how does lock down affect things
Good advice would really be appreciated

Re: Amnestry and new NHSA statement
Yes, apply under amnesty.
I am not aware of any concessions on expired/amnesty renewals due to lockdown but concessions have been made for normal, non-expired renewals so it would be reasonable to assume that the same will be done for expired/amnesty.
Whether or not Cele and CFR choose to be reasonable is of course a whole other subject......
