When you do this. Is firearm tilted to left so that you can view into pistol. Or is it level or tilted to right. If tilted to left makes also more difficult for heavy bullet to exit

Ive tried it both upright and tilted to the left and right. If I tilt to the left it jams the slide (stovepipe). Upright it falls through the mag well and tilted to the right it falls out of the ejection port. My friend has the same pistol and he tested it today...round ejects with force no matter how he does it so there is definitely an issue with mine.

Did your friend test your gun? I mean, maybe it's you, not the gun...

    To the OP, JonoS

When you have taken the pistol to a range and put some ammo through the pipe, actually REALLY firing the ammo and letting the pistol cycle itself, let us know of the outcome and how it goes.

Remember that any new pistol is usually fired and tested in the factory before being prepped for despatch, issues are usually picked up at that point.

So I went to the range this morning and tested the pistol. I put 50 rounds of 124 grain FMJ through it and then a further 8 rounds of 147 grain hollow points. Zero malfunctions so the pistol is working fine when actually fired.
