    Default SA politics discussions

With the many concerns in our country, many have taken to keeping updated with the current politics and happenings with government. Hopefully we can discuss , understand perspectives and learn from each other on a thread.

im sure most people dont agree with the extreme views of the EFF.
im not sure why Mr De Klerk would make this statement at this time.

The comment de Klerk made is for me a point in case; if apartheid was a crime against humanity why isn’t socialism and communism (the route S.A. is headed) also declared a crime against humanity, when it’s literally killed more people than the holocaust and did more harm to the citizens of the counties it was implemented in. It’s also interesting to note that the commies are the ones that raised this notion in the 60’s with the UN. The hypocrisy is stark, apartheid was no where near as abysmal as communism or socialism or the holocaust, or Nazi Germany, or Venezuela, or present day Zimbabwe albeit despicable social engineering. It’s a being used as a ruse to blame and hide behind the looting and theft and removal of fundamental rights by the communist ANC for the last 25 odd years.

Well he should as it was something used by the commies in their not so Cold War battle grounds in Africa.

Because some countries have barbaric laws stuck in a time zone centuries ago, does not make human rights violation in my country legit.

People and politics in SA are rearward facing. The past, the past, the past, that’s where the focus is but no one wants to look at the very dire future and try change that.

Oh I agree, but I think it’s all a well timed smoke screen to further the NDR “oh look at the apartheid apologists and deniers” while pushing through more socialism and looting.
