Doing a camp in Durban in January the heat and humidity was so high that all physical exercise was prohibited by 7h00 up to 18h00. We sat around having lectures.

To liven up the party we had an evening sham battle with blanks in the 303's. After the manuvers we returned to our tents. All of a cider a blank was discharged in our tent by Troop Evans.

After a lengthy silence somebody piped up loudly, "Good heavens it's Evans". That really broke the tension. Shit happens.

Was a Bofors AA Gun. Racked up a few own goals that day.

But it appears that the buffoonery continues...

I received a Wapp showing the mortar, tank and vehicle incidents. Another one is of paratroopers doing a static line jump from a C130. That's a hoot.

Looks to me that course was set up wrong. Was the driver supposed to pass in front of that little pavilion?

    It's not a RAV 4 with a 4m turning circle guys.

I think he did quite well by not killing anyone, seeing he was set up for failure
