As excited as I am, I do not follow how the suspension of the declaration of invalidity for 14 days (i.e. the L3 regulations, although unconstitutional, remain in place for the 14 days) leads to the conclusion that travel over provincial borders is now allowed?

    Messor You were born lucky
Regarding the opening of borders to hunt: Even if Chasa sent a letter that we can go hunting we shall have to wait for the Directives to be gazetted. Otherwise it can not be regarded as legal.

NHSA's email of yesterday cleared it up a bit. The way I understand it, DEFF have / was in process to gazette regulations that permit hunting trips accross borders. With the court order, those regs will still be valid (of course as soon as they are formally gazetted), until such time as antie zuma publishes new ones. With the gov indicating it will appeal the court order, that will probably be for a while.

So the important part for this to become "legal" is that it's formally gazetted.

So what is the reading on Hunting in your same province? I understood that the travel ban extends not only to travel across provincial boundaries, but travel between municipal areas also? That would mean in the same province.
    Please help me out here.

So we are not legally permitted to hunt because it has not been gazetted ?

Jip until any regulations is gazetted its no regulations and you cannot call on it do justify your actions.

Stay safe follow the letter of the law even when you might not agree; should you be found foul of current legislation you are in a world of poo.

Yes you may later win in court but is it worth the while? and your firearms may be confiscated for your effort.
