    Hi. I'm Carter from Cape Town. I'm 24. I'm a child of the mountains and the sea. I love guns.

    Today I received an SMS saying that my appeal for competency has been successful (after 140+ days in processing).
    I had to appeal as my competency was refused because the police lost pages in my original application.
