Upgrading revolver for hunting
Want to share some pics of my hunting revolver.
Bought it second hand, did a bit of upgrading to get it ready for the approaching hunting season.
Its a Ruger Blackhawk Bisley model with 7˝" barrel, chambered for the 143 year old .45Colt cartridge.

Fitted a Leupold 2x E.E.R scope and Ceracoated the gun.

Did the following "massaging" of the barrel.

That's a very nice rig for hunting.
For hunting with my .45 cal. Blackhawk, I load 20.0 grains of 2400 and a 250 gr. Hornady XTP. Works good.
