Leupold deltapoint pro
Im looking to get a dot for my Glock 17 for IDPA and IPSC.
Does anyone have any input on the Deltapoint pro?
How if the warranty coverage in SA?
What is the availability like?
Thanks!

Re: Leupold deltapoint pro
Ive got two of them
Have had excellent results with them. The 2.5 MOA is the better choice of the two.
Not sure the exact warranty on these but my previous warranty experience with Formalito and Leupold has been excellent
Use Duracell batteries

Re: Leupold deltapoint pro
Not to hijack the tread... but,
I've shot the Leupold and loved it a lot. Do you guys think it will be a good idea to swot my new Shield rms red dot for a second hand Delta pro. I am very tempted.

Re: Leupold deltapoint pro
I have a DP that was replaced...no questions asked. I went fishing and slipped while I was knee deep in the water.
My G17 got floaded and about 3 weeks later the dot died out.
With futher investigation I found water ingress around the battery that caused galvanic corrosion.
Leopold replaced the sight without any questions asked.
Regardless, the new dp is currently in the states for a crack on the housing...pending repair?
