Its sad when you have to work with such angles just to have something great. But there is always (hopefully) someone willing to go out of their way to help and believe in building relations and so customer base. In my retail sector our greatest competition are online stores. Cutting prices to pieces. Easy with very little overheads and dealer stock list. But we get those who support purely for the after-sale relationship.

Friend had a few month old 1st gen Bushnell DMR pack up on him recently. Bushnell agents had a new DMRii in his hand a couple weeks later. That was positive. I too shoot Bushnell
