So if I do my own appeal, can I add any new docs to the appeal? Or do I include the old motivation and point out where they got it wrong?

No, you cannot really add anything. An appeal is not an application, it is more a procedural thing highlighting why the decision was incorrect based on the facts then to hand.

How does 1 mail the appeal?
A friend of mine sending in his appeal for competency.
Refused because he took 2 years to do it & the assessor left the institute, but was corrected on the system & was advised to appeal.

He doesnt know if he should use Post Office or how does one send it to CFR from Port Elizabeth?

Apparently there is an email address, its on another thread somewhere. I would avoid SAPO and use a courier to deliver to the appeals building

Anyone had any feedback on Appeals from Nov/ Dec 2018 thus far in 2019?

I received notice of my appeal having been received at Appeals Board on 3 Dec - wondering aloud if they've started processing appeals....
