License cards... HOW LONG CAN THEY TAKE?

Been waiting 6 weeks for my card, poped by my DFO yesterday and he told me they have only received cards once this year and that they get cards 2 a year, I should check back in 3 to 4 months

Had the same experience at Randburg today - they haven't received cards since Feb apparently.

My dfo (Sandton) said the same thing. Apparently saps haven't paid the card printer co.
