It's a pity the range is the same as the .50 cal.

I think that range was arrived at out of practical considerations, ie. really hard to hit anything 2km.Doesnt mean longer shots are impossible with it. Shots have been taken with the British L115A1 rifle in .338 at over double its accurate range already.

Problem with the Mechchem Dragon is that no Match ammo is available. Vulcan cannons have little use for Match Grade ammo… The Rifle can do a lot more if better ammo was available. Same goes for the larger Russian cal it can be fed…

Yeah lack of match grade ammo is a problem but honestly who needs sub moa accuracy when you can fire a small piece of artillery close enough to the point of aim to ensure destruction of target, explosive rounds is something that .50 BMG rifles dont have.

AFIC it's not made in 23mm, only in 50 Browning, 20*82mm and 14.5 Russian.
And Vulcan use the longer 20mm round.
