40mm Less Lethal Systems
I would appreciate if anyone can share any information or experience with 40mm less lethal systems.
How are 40mm less lethal systems classed in terms of the FCA?
We are looking at importing one but I am unsure as to where it falls in terms of the act as well as import regulations.
Is there 40mm less lethal ammunition available locally? Looking for things like CS, baton, sponge, etc.
Thanks.

They are firearms, and licensed as such.

Furthermore it is larger than 0.5" and capable of firing HE & other rounds.
What your intention is, is not taken into consideration by bureaucrats. They just love names like M40 Grenade Launchers etc...
