    Default Rabies outbreak in Namibia

Going hunting in Namibia in 3 days. Just got word that there's been a Rabies outbreak in the Gobabis area. Kudu's
worse hit. Can someone on the Forum confirm this or make my heart beat better. This trip will be a dream come true! Just
    a bit concerned.

My word. I'm going in a weeks time. I'll send the farmer a WhatsApp and ask. We are hunting in the South of Namibie.. Karas district.
I'll post more if I get a response.

Hopefully it's just a bullsh*t story or the Rabies is sorted out. Not sure on the district but know it's a farm about 250 km's east from Windhoek!

There was one a few tears back. So either hoax or sequal. Best to check with the farmer

Oh no its the zombie apocalypse. Better get some of those Hornady Z-Max bullets just in case

Jokes aside have a chat with the owner of the hunting farm

A couple year ago, we went for a hunting trip to Namibie. There was "Slenkdalkoors" Rift Valley Fever, and we where hoping they would open the border for meat exports to SA.. the border never opened, and we took no meat home...

So all jokes aside, it was and expensive trip.

It is true on the farm were going to. Kudu's worse off. Will have to settle on Springbucks and Warthog's then.
