License cards... HOW LONG CAN THEY TAKE?

I received my approval sms on the 25th oct and still awaiting card collection. I know its not that long but the wait is eating me up.

Applied 30 July 2018(second time, first time all paper work went on holiday and never came back 2016 -2017)
approved:01 October 2018
Card printed 06 November 2018.
Still waiting for it. my DFO told me when they collected no cards so I must wait until they collect again :(
