Why would you ask about a collectors license on a south African forum if you live in California?

Perhaps there is a local forum that would be able to help you out, or Google any cali associations?

Look if we got off on the wrong foot(meaning the all those who replied to your thread) that's maybe our bad. But see things from our side to.

This is a great place to hang so if you can, sweep it under the rug and move on, that would be great.
