Security Guard Training
Hi
I assume we all know the standards of armed security guards in terms of firearms. Most are not very well equipped and somehow just part the PFTC proficiency. If you had the opportunity to develop a curriculum/ training program for them what would you do?
I assume starting out on basic handling and marksmanship and maybe adding some pressure via a timer?

Re: Security Guard Training
sorry was talking a lot more in general especially after the Carte Blanche.
For those that do the Reg 21 properly and their business prof was done right but there is now a chance to improve them as a shooter. The question is how would you go about that? The company is willing to put some money on the table to get a program going for them to improve. But obviously you dont want them just going to the range and shooting 50 rounds and done, it needs to be constructive otherwise just wasting money.

@ sl@ade: Again here is an oppurtunity of a company that is willing to slowly start spending some money. the question is what are the building block or what course would you follow to improve them. Just range time is very generic and can also be not beneficial if the person just loads and blasts 50 rounds. Fun but not productive.
