Here are the mold block paired and the true faces marked , material is 6082 T6 aluminium. bought them in bulk so i have enough for around 10 molds, if only one set works it will be well worth it.

Alignment pins and inserts installed. Face scored so as to vent the air when pouring.

Here the cutter in the Form of the bullet, This one should give me around 320 grains in all goes as planned.

Setting up the true face of one of the mold block so as to get center in the mill, i am using the milling Machine for this as it has a DRO, therefore its super accurate.

Pilot holes milled into the center of the joint between the 2 mold Halves , i will use these to holes to get center on the lathe prior to cutting the cavities.

Yes, looks very good.
Just a thought. If I were to build another custom mould, I would omit the lube grooves and just powder coat the bullet. But that's just me.
