I've been to a range with someone that seriously did not inspire confidence. Arrogance and a lack of respect for what he was handling. No thanks, I'll pass. Guns can be fun to shoot and handle. Just like driving a nice car. But both can kill you if you are acting like a chop.

My last 9mm I bought from a dealer in Durban, small outfit.
Made the owner Mike give me 6 rounds to load and then leave the place. Dodgy okes at the entrance to the shop.
He loaded me up and escorted me to my car and made sure I was on the move before he went back in.
They know we are carrying sometimes when we leave the shop.
