2014 Pin Shooting Nationals @ Roodepoort on 27 & 28 September

The 2014 Pin Shooting Nationals are on at the Roodepoort Metro shooting range (Cecil Payne) on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September. Events that will be competed in include 9 Pin Tip-Over, Stock & Pin Gun, Stock & Pin Revolver, Shotgun (Manual and SL), Rifle (Manual & SL), .22 Rifle (Manual & SL), .22 Pistol, Carry Gun & Subway Snubbie. About 80 competitors expected with teams entered from Western Province, Limpopo and Gauteng. Timed events on Saturday with man vs. man eliminations on Sunday (some may be on Saturday).

Visitors are welcome as spectators, although space limited. Eye and ear protection essential. PM me if you are interested to see some of the action. I'm out of action due to a hand injury and will be able to spend some time with visitors. There will be a tuck shop that will sell the usual, including burgers, samoosas, etc.

We're starting tomorrow afternoon with the pre-match rifle events to save time and to free the RO's for the main match on Saturday and Sunday.
