If America outlawed guns tomorrow, then it would be a little tricky to have movies staged in America with guns in them. So from that standpoint he is a hypocrite because if he had his way America would more than likely be gun free.
I hear you loud and clear, him making his millions whiles shunning the community, but the firearm community can’t have its bread buttered any which way they like.
You mentioned the movie industry, in reality the firearm community should petition against firearm violence in movies, I mean what else is John wick other than just a bunch of senseless violence? We here on this forum always preach about firearm safety and responsibility, and then turn to violent firearm movies for entertainment. I am not excluded from this, I also like shooting movies but I also cannot ignore the irony in it :)
My point being it would be a bit (just a tad) hypocritical of the community calling old Liam a hypocrite if they don’t campaign against the type of movies he plays in the first place, don’t you agree?
We want our violent shooting movies we just don’t want an anti playing it, we want a neutral or enthusiast playing in our violent shooting movies, bread buttered both sides.

Like you mentioned they are playing a part in a movie so firearm safety and responsibility doesn't really come into the equation, they usually find themselves in outrageous situations.
No I disagree, movies are for entertainment, everyone knows that a T-1000 isn't going to come from the future and try kill the leader of the resistance in the future. It's entertainment. Just enjoy it.
Well you can choose not to watch if you don't like him. I will still watch a Neeson movie if it is good, though with a little annoyance.
I will enjoy a Reeves movie even more though like John Wick knowing that Keanu is a gun enthusiast.

This is funny. I can only imagine someone on GS telling everyone how proud he is of his actress daughter who portrays roles as various fictional women in pornographic films.
Sure she's not a whore, just an actress. ha ha ha

Well said, actors are liars by default. It is their job. But if they go around virtue signalling then they should try to live by these ideals otherwise they are just hypocrites. In my opinion most of these "woke" hollywood types just follow the herd afraid of being singled out. Most likely they do not have an opinion either way, or as we learned with de niro they struggle to communicate any type of thought without swearing.

Exactly they go along to get along, they shift which ever way the wind blows so their fame will grow. And the wind is blowing left.... hard. Spineless money-lovers.
Not all though, but most.
