    Default Musgrave peep sight question

Today I came across a picture of a Musgrave peep sight, and I was wondering if anyone can point me to an old catalog, or let me know what models were made for which rifles.

I have been unsuccessfully looking for a Lyman 48 WJS - for the pre-war model 70 receiver.

If Musgrave made something similar, I could maybe find it locally.

    Are these of any interest?

You normally never find the M&S sights on Musgrave target rifles. They are not-so-affectionately known as "miss en spring" sights.

If any of them are side mounted, that's a start.
