Hi all

Have any of you bought an adaptor for the Steyr Pro Hunter/Varmint magazine that allows you to use the 10 shot magazine?

I have a Steyr Pro Varmint in .308 calibre that has the original 4 shot magazine and am looking to use a 10 shot magazine (I have this mag already).

I see an adaptor is made by Steyr for this but is not readily available in SA. Any leads on where I could get one?

Has anybody had one made for their rifle? Looks like the adaptor just increases the length of the mag well so that the clips can attach (the clip is at the bottom of the mag).

Any info or ideas would be most welcome.
