Had success with my competency application. Hassled them until it was completed.
I've also contacted CFR Enquiries and Provincial Enquiries because my application got stuck at provincial for over a month. Since that my application went from provincial - CFR - Licensing within 2 weeks

I recently saw that there was an internal memo extending the 90 working days to 120 working days. I called in on behalf of a client and the call centre agent informed me that CFR's timeline was now 150 working days due to Covid19 and Amnesty backlogs. This has not been confirmed via internal memo yet.

    Good morning
Regarding an amnesty app, competency approved already, licence in prep for consideration....at which of the mentioned stages could one assume that the licence is approved? Surely if the competency is approved then licence should be granted?

They can make it whatever they like but they'll still fail to meet it on purpose or just through sheer incompetence.
