My opinion only: show of ability if no one killed or injured.

Sleep with one eye open even at work. Those cases left behind on purpose. Police caught on immediately that is why they left.

I had to read the OP again a couple of times to try and imagine what happened, so basically, a bunch of people decided to have a little war this morning, and theres nothing much you could do other than watch....

Very heavy firing power, hunting rifles?

And the SAPS attitude was pretty much “meh”

To the op, If you dont have one all ready You should seriously consider a bakkie gun, AR/AK, side folder AK maybe, just a pitty it will take about 9 months to license at the moment...
