Default hunts that made me nervous

I took this photo on a farm I hunted on, told guys I felt a bit uncertain about the guys safety in the velt. I can not quiet figure out why I was a bit nervous, but here's a picture of the circuit breaker in the old family farm house. It was one room with curtains as dividers, slept 2 to 22 persons.

Treeman...show this post to the farmer.
Faults on Dist.Board after just a cursory glance.
    .No isolator
    .no earth leakage unit
    .open terminals
    .jumper leads and doppies
.flex wire on 10A and 15A circuit breakers
    .colour coding of wires
    .open wires exiting Dist.board
    .incorrect terminations
    .no lables

3 things i can tell you:
1] The rest of the installation will also be a cock up
    2]Someone will be shocked
3]The place will burn down sooner or later

Sjoe Treeman....no neutral bar and no sign of earthing and it looks like the whole board is mounted to metal roof sheets.

All the ingredients for a perfect electrical shit storm.

That looks like a 12V setup. A very Badly done setup. Its amazing the type of stuff you can see when some people try to do their own thing. But those are some nice slow blow fuses.
