Glock 17 Dummy Gun
So here's one for R150 which is way cheaper than R600.
https://www.tacticaldistributors.co....-glock-17.html
I'm quite unfit at the moment so what I want to do is drill a hole and attach a weight to the gun and use the proper grip and stance and hold for as long as possible to build up strength in necessary muscles.
I used to rock climb and had a super strong grip but snapped a tendon in my little finger and "took a break" and then work (and weight..) got the better of me and now I don't climb anymore. I have more spare time now though so with a combination of shooting, weights that I mentioned above and (when I lose some weight) climbing my grip strength and other muscles should get better.
