    +1 on this! Why support businesses that you know have defrauded customers. Marc Schatz suddenly closed down GI Combat supplies in Cape Town and relocated to Boksburg continues to pull the same stunts and people still support the business, it boggles the mind

    Yeah I understand all that but no one else has the product, I'm not prepared to pay R600 when I can get something similar for R150. Anyway they gave me a ticket so my inquiry has been logged. See what happens.

    I'm not sure how much of a benefit a static hold of an overweight gun will be for your shooting.

    You can develop the related muscle groups more effectively with a progressive overload and traditional weights

    Yeah was doing some bicep curls and so on but thought I would try something different.

    When I was rock climbing I gave away my larger weights as I thought I would never use them again (climbing wall) now regretting that.

    What kind of weight exercises would you recommend?
