I looked hard for one and it seems only the 20inch bull barrel came in. Ended up with a Swede instead.

CH, why specifically are you interested in a sporter profile?

Wesley, the 20" bull is abit heavy for spot and stalk for most people.

The mini action Howa with a 20" heavy barrel is actually slightly lighter than the short action Howa with a standard 22" barrel, which is in my opinion just about the perfect weight for a walk & stalk rifle.

Agree. The 20” bull barrel is almost like a semi-bull barrel. I definitely do not get a heavy rifle feel when picking up mine. A little bit more so now that I have changed into a Boyds At-One stock, but with the plastic stock is is light and nimble.

Shits and Giggles mostly. My godson is only 4 and I.... He needs a light little gun to shoot trolls and trogs with.
