Section 15 - Question
Could someone with more knowledge than me please clarify that I understand this section correctly.
According to Sec15 a person may license up to four(4) firearms under this section, with the only exception being no more than 1 handgun.
For instance, a person who currently has three(3) firearms licensed on their name.
One sec13 - handgun
Two sec15 - Bolt action rifles.
This person may license one more rifle, shotgun or handgun under Sec15 before being required to obtain dedicated status.
This is how I understand it, however I am not 100% sure.
Thank you.

Re: Section 15 - Question
WoodsieEC, not correct.
You may license an additional handgun under section 15, even if you already have a handgun under S13. You however, may NOT have more than one handgun under section 15.
You can have a handgun under both S13 and S15. I currently have a CZ75 under S13 and an additional Star HK Lancer (.22lr) under S15.
