Expired license March 2020, what to do?
I have been completely out of touch of the forum and amnesty etc. A friend called in a panic lastnight. His CZ section 13 handgun expired in march this year. What are his options? Does he have to hand it in and re apply?

Yes. Use the amnesty. Hand in and reapply.
Deadline is 31 January.
