Fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, vitamin D, zinc, baby spinach. And just eat healthy like fruit and vegetables, you are what you eat is more true than ever in the modern world. Organic is definitely the way to go if you can afford it.

America spends the most on healthcare in the world but they are the most unhealthy people in the world, or so it seems.

Because they eat unhealthily and the FDA approves carcinogenic food products like they are candy.

Anyway, eat healthy and there's a good chance you might just come out the other side alive. After all the only thing we have to fight covid is our immune system and the immune system requires healthy food to function properly. It's not rocket science.

Steam yourself! With the hottest possible temperature water (steam) that you can endure. Breathe it in deeply, until the water as cooled. Do this 5-6 times a day and you should start to see an improvement.
Steam and viruses don't mix well.

Surprisingly the sheep muti is very effective as a prophylactic and a treatment.

Not a miracle cure, rather another tool in the toolkit.

Sheep medication? Panado, vitamins and something to treat the symptoms like Corenza or Airmune. Not exactly conspiracy worthy. It's OTC stuff.

I'd like to know how steam kills viruses in your body. Yes, it will help open your airways and loosen mucus, but kill viruses in your bloodstream and tissue

.... You will die first from the heat required to kill viruses. Think autoclave kind of hot.

But I'm brainwashed by big Pharma and the illuminati so take what I say with a pinch of salt

I have a neighbour who tells me routinely that he has the cure for Covid. He also knows how to treat and cure cancer. It involves a tank of oxygen and a treadmill. That the cure for cancer has been known for 100 years but is being kept hidden. All sorts of other things as well.

I take him as seriously as I take the other conspiracy theorists.

I call it sheep medicine because try and buy it for your sheep, you cannot, many farmers are drinking the stuff now.
