How to get License Card

Hi all

So I have a bit of a predicament. My card is at provincial and has been since mid December.
The problem is that of the 2 DFO's at my areas station, one is ill with Covid (wishing him all the best) and the other is on leave.

I spoke to someone at the station and they said they dont know how or when.

What else can be done so that I can get my license card?

Get in touch with the station commander. It might be that someone higher in command can go instead of the dfo's.
