Default Central Texas gets a big snow day.

It started snowing at 9am. This will be the biggest snow I have ever seen. 3.5 inches so far and they are predicting at least 6 to 7.

The last big snow we had in central texas was in 1970; it was 2 inches. We have a lots of little ones of less than 1/2 inch.

    What a fine day.

It is a rare sight this far south. we have 4 weeks of winter and the rest is summer.

last july and august we had killer heat. walk 20 meters to get your mail out of the box and your clothes will be soaked with sweat. heat with 80+ humidity is pretty unpleasant.

I have seen your pics; they are wonderful.

Two of my high school friends were from Finland. We still keep in touch. I taught them how to ride dirt bikes. They taught me about their traditions and food. It was a great learning experience.
