Gemsbok Calf.
A very young gemsbok calf. One rarely see them at this age as their mothers hide them, only visiting them to let them suckle. His mother was quite close, probably why he was up and about and not hiding.

I have heard that they are born with horns already visible. It looks to be true if that is the umbilical cord that has not even dried and fallen off as yet.
