Removal of finger grooves & undercut - Glock 19 Gen 4
Hi All,
I am definitely going to have this done soon but wanted to know if it's best to DIY using a dremel or do I go the route of having it done by a professional?
As I am based in Cape Town I was thinking of getting a quote from Petrus Jonker & Sons.
So my question is to those who had this done to their glocks.
Is it worth doing yourself to save a bit of cash or does it make sense to use a professional and have the job done by someone who specializes in this?

Meh, I sanded the finger grooves off my 17, did an undercut and stippled it myself.
Looks ugly, but works just fine.
Couldn't care what it looks like.Cattle die, kindred die, every man is mortal:
But I know one thing that never dies,
the glory of the great dead.

I would go the professional route. One wrong move and there's no going back. I would get a professional that has done it before as well or knows what to do. Luckily the grooves on my G19 fit me just perfectly. Will see what the grooveless G17 feels like.
