Re: Springfield Hellcat / HS H-11
Speaking facts here.
There is no Glock nor CZ that can identically match the footprint of the hellcat and/or the p365. Also note these are micro compacts, compacts is another category.
The closest is the G43 on a like for like basis (not G43x) but you will be down on the round count.
Its all about your intended use and the role the firearm fits. In your case sounds like very small footprint with a minimum of 10 rounds and being optics ready will be a benefit.
My question to you is:
If you find a firearm that matches the dimensions you require but the magazine holds 7,8 or 9 rounds is that enough to sway you away from not purchasing that firearm? If so... why?

Because the barrel length is not the part that's difficult to conceal IWB, and more weight and leverage on the front compared to the grip can actually help stabilise the gun IWB. I'd be carrying the G43x in a G48 length holster for that stability anyways.
The G48 sight radius makes it easier shooti the barrel length is actually longer than a G19 so less JHP performance worry than with subcompact barrel length.

Re: Springfield Hellcat / HS H-11
sounds like you are new to handguns and still deciding what to look for.
given that applications now take 120 workings days and if the CFR becomes further inundated with applications we might see a turn around times of 365 days (speculating here)
So perhaps look at a modular pistol, at least you can swop the frames to meet the size you need.

Re: Springfield Hellcat / HS H-11
You are correct. Any suggestions on the modular line?
